As a COACH

My practice integrates a biopsychosocial-spiritual framework and is grounded in evidence-based coaching psychology principles.

I support the older teen and adults in exploring where they matter—in their relationships with themselves, others, and their careers, enabling them to cultivate greater well-being.

Drawing from positive psychology methodologies and interventions I coach others on how to navigate life transitions such as grief, divorce, career shifts, and other periods of change.

I work with a diverse range of individuals including neurodivergent individuals, empaths, women seeking empowerment, and those ready to reconnect with their sense of meaning.

Above all, each session is designed to create a supportive and evidence-based space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

All sessions allow for up to 90 minutes of time so that you have time to think, reflect and process the session.

Each session is individually priced so that you are in control of how many sessions you think, feel and know you need.

Fees range from $60 to $120 CDN & financial assistant is available for those who need it.
